Our utility applications, particularly our Video Players, require access to your device's storage.
Scope of Access: This includes photos, videos, and audio files stored on your internal or external storage.
Purpose: This access is used exclusively to scan, index, and playback your local media files directly within the app.
Privacy Guarantee: We NEVER upload your private media files to our servers or any third-party cloud services. Everything stays on your device.
B. Non-Personal & Technical Data
To ensure our apps run smoothly across thousands of different device models, we may collect non-personal technical data:
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and hardware specifications.
Usage Statistics: App crash reports, load times, and feature usage patterns to help us fix bugs.
3. Comprehensive Advertising Disclosure
To keep our applications free for everyone, we partner with third-party advertising networks.
A. How We Use Advertising IDs
Our apps utilize the Google Advertising ID (AAID) or Meta (Facebook) Advertising ID.
Purpose: These IDs are used solely for "Advertisement Purposes," which includes frequency capping (making sure you don't see the same ad too often), attribution, and showing relevant ads based on your interests.
Anonymity: These IDs are unique to your device but do not identify you personally to us.
B. Our Advertising Partners
We only work with trusted, industry-leading partners. Each partner has their own strict privacy policy:
Google AdMob & Play Services: Provides targeted ads and app infrastructure.

4. Detailed Permissions Breakdown
Depending on the specific app you use, we may request the following permissions:
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_VIDEO: To find and play videos stored on your device.
MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: (For Video Players) To allow the app to organize, rename, or delete video files across all directories as per user request.
INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to fetch and display advertisements and check for the latest app updates.
5. Your Data Rights & Deletion Commitment
We fully support your right to be forgotten and to control your digital footprint.
Bound by Law and Policy: ZapTech Studio is strictly bound to honor all user requests regarding data privacy and deletion.
Data Deletion Rights: You have the right to request that any data collected for advertisement purposes be deleted.
How to Exercise Your Rights: 1. Device Level: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time via Settings > Google > Ads > Delete Advertising ID. This immediately stops personalized tracking. 2. Direct Request: You can email us at techzastudio@gmail.com to request that we coordinate with our third-party partners to clear any non-personal data associated with your device.
Guaranteed Action: We commit to responding to and acting upon all data deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, as we are bound by our privacy-first mission.
6. Security, Retention, and Children's Privacy
Data Security: We use industry-standard security protocols to ensure that the permissions granted to our apps are not exploited by malicious actors.
Data Retention: Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, we do not have a retention period for such data. Third-party ad data is retained according to the policies of Google and Meta.
Children’s Privacy: Our apps are not designed for or targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors.
